Early retirement

To take your RMPP pension benefits before the Plan normal retirement ages (if you are over age 55 or within 3 months of age 55).

Change address

To notify us if your address or contact details have changed and you are a deferred or retired member of the Plan.

Notification of death form

To notify the Plan of the death of a pensioner or pensioner dependant currently receiving a pension from the Plan.
